Please contact us by phone or email to be sure your item qualifies for return.
Returns must be made within 30 days for a refund. Refunds will be made for the original purchase price, minus shipping.
Returns made between 30-60 days may qualify for a store credit. Returns will not be accepted after 60 days for any reason.
Products being returned must be new with tags attached *unless there is a manufacturer defect. We will do our best to work with you to remedy the situation.
Copper Head- Ranch is not responsible for products damaged in transit. Copper Head- Ranch is also not responsible for missing or lost packages. Because of this, we always recommend asking your carrier for insurance on your items/package.

*Repair warranty is void with DIY netting since DIY netting comes with a spool and is meant to be cut and altered as is it's intended use.
Copper Head Ranch does offer free repairs for those who do not want to repair their own nets. Simply email us with photos of the damage and we will let you know if it is within our ability to repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges. Repairs are not warrantied or guaranteed however we do our best for repairs to be professional and to the best of our ability.
